NoShow Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NoShow. By using NoShow, you agree to these Terms and any mission, payment, refund, and Chance terms shown in the app.

Service

NoShow helps users create location-based commitment missions with friends. A mission may include a scheduled arrival time, a check-in window, a place, invitations, and a fine that may be charged if arrival is missed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your phone number, profile, country, payment method, notification settings, and device permissions accurate and up to date.

Missions, Deletion, and Check-In

• Mission rules shown at creation or invite acceptance apply to that mission.
• Mission deletion is available only during the deletion window shown in the app and before success, failure, refund, or cancellation processing.
• Check-in depends on device location, network quality, map data, and operating system permissions. NoShow cannot guarantee perfect location accuracy.
• NoShow should not be used for emergencies, legal compliance, workplace attendance, or safety-critical decisions.

Fines, Refunds, and Chances

• When you miss a mission, the fine shown in the app may be charged automatically to your registered payment method.
• Chances may be used for fine refunds or mission cancellation according to the policy shown in the app.
• Refund availability, refund timing, and item purchases may depend on payment provider rules, local law, card issuer processing, and fraud-prevention checks.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. NoShow does not store raw card numbers or CVC. You authorize NoShow and its payment providers to process payments, refunds, and related verification where needed to operate the service.

Invites and Social Features

You may invite friends to missions. Do not send unwanted invitations, impersonate others, or upload content that violates rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Prohibited Use

• Do not abuse refunds, Chances, payment methods, phone verification, invites, or location features.
• Do not attempt to bypass charges, spoof location, disrupt the service, scrape data, or reverse engineer protected systems.
• Do not use NoShow in a way that harms other users or violates applicable law.

Changes

We may update NoShow or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
