Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your NoShow account and personal data.
Delete in the app
- Open NoShow.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request shown in the app.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email admin@noshow.me from the phone number or account contact you used for NoShow. Include "Delete my NoShow account" in the subject.
What happens
- Profile, phone-auth account records, mission history, and app settings are deleted or de-identified where possible.
- Payment provider records may be retained by the payment processor where required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, tax, and legal compliance.
- Open missions, failed fines, refunds, and audit records may be processed according to the NoShow Terms before deletion is completed.
- Backups and security logs may be retained for a limited period and then removed according to our retention process.
